2. Nature of Winners

Winners / 御财库 is a psychological discipline utility. It exists to help users either (a) break a compulsive gambling or discretionary-trading habit, or (b) build the momentum habit to walk away with winnings intact. The app records sessions the user voluntarily logs, surfaces patterns, plays voice and audio prompts, and enforces user-configured stop limits. It does not make financial recommendations, predict outcomes, or guarantee any result.

3. No financial, legal or medical advice

Nothing on this website, in our blog, in our research library, or in any product made by izox.net constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, addiction counselling, or clinical diagnosis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless izox.net, and their officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use or misuse of the software; (ii) any decision you make, including any financial, gambling, or wagering decision, before, during, or after using the software; (iii) any loss of capital, profit, opportunity, or income, whether direct or indirect; (iv) your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

6. No causal claim

izox.net makes no claim that use of Winners will reduce losses, increase wins, cure addiction, or alter any behavioral outcome. Any behavioral improvement is the result of the user's own discipline. The software is a tool, not a treatment.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore.
