Install Winners Keeper on iPhone

Apple doesn’t allow .apk-style installers on iOS. Safari installs Winners as a Home Screen app — its own icon, full-screen, no browser bar.

Scan to install

On a desktop or another phone? Open the iPhone’s Camera app and point it at this QR code. Tap the banner that appears to open Safari, then follow the steps below.

Install in 6 steps

  1. Open Safari. It must be Safari — Chrome and Firefox on iOS can’t install web apps.
  2. Go to izox.net/winners.
  3. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up (bottom of screen on iPhone, top-right on iPad).
  4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Confirm the name Winners Keeper and tap Add.
  6. Close Safari and launch Winners Keeper from your Home Screen.

First launch checklist

  • Tap the screen once when prompted — iOS requires a tap before voice can speak.
  • Set the side Silent / Ring switch to Ring, otherwise speech and chimes are muted.
  • Allow Notifications when asked so check-in reminders work.

Updating

Updates are automatic when you reopen the app online. No App Store, no manual update.

If the icon or layout looks stale

  1. Long-press the Winners Keeper icon → Remove App → Delete from Home Screen.
  2. Open Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Repeat the install steps above.

Requirements

  • iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 or newer (iOS 16.4+ recommended for push).
  • Internet on first open; voice and sync need connectivity after that.
